APPOINTMENTS: Please allow 24 hour notice for cancellations. Any appointment that requires 2 or more hours of service must be held with a credit card. Failure to give adequate notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. "No Shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved amount. As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text message 72 hours prior to your appointment. You will then receive an appointment reminder 24 hours prior to you appointment. if you do not get these messages, please let us know. When the confirmation message arrives you will click the link provided to confirm. This alerts us that you are keeping your date and time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. Each guest requires a certain amount of time and tardiness can effect the entire days schedule.
All prices are subject to change. Service may vary by guest due to length of hair or density. Hair color services do not include a Haircut.
TAKE HOME PRODUCTS:
All professional products are only guaranteed when purchased at a salon. All services are guaranteed only when followed up with the approved after care products. Products purchased at a retail store that does not have a professional salon attached to it is not sold legally and can not be considered safe for your hair color. Please consider supporting your stylist, they educate themselves on these products.
